Our clients are responsible entrepreneurs and companies operating in all sectors of activity, throughout France and, more rarely, internationally.
By responsible, we mean companies that set themselves a dual objective: financial and environmental or social.
We are mainly involved in fundraising starting from €1m, for young companies. We are also involved in company sales, with fine French SMEs (between €5 and €50 million).
Our main references are about the areas of luxury, aerospace, new technologies (apps, connected objects...), medical and food industries, with a strong sustainable development component.
On average, our firm intervenes in a dozen M&A transactions each year.
